The purpose of this list, is to provide a forum where practitioners and scholars can exchange and share ideas, lessons and methods associated with theory-based evaluation. Hence, this discussion list is dedicated to the evaluation of Institutional arrangements (Policy, program, project, organization & governance structure, etc.) USING theory-based approach.
